Refunds

• We aim to process and issue refunds within 14 days after we have received your return.
• You can receive your refund back to the original payment method.
• A return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return and issued a refund.
• Processing time may vary between card companies. Refunds for orders placed with a credit card may appear on your next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund local duties and taxes for orders that were shipped to a destination on a DDU basis.

Returning your purchase

• Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days, confirming your return has been authorized and will send you an email with your return instructions.
• You can return using any secure means; however, your shipping costs must be covered by you unless the item is faulty.
