What Payment Methods Does WithVesta Accept?
We accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express. At the same time, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay are accepted.
Which Currency Can I Buy In?
The currency will be set according to your location and displayed at checkout.
How Do I Know Which Items Are In Stock?
All items shown on the website are in stock. However, putting an item in your shopping basket does not reserve it for you.
Will My Personal Information Be Kept Private?
We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your information without your consent.
How do I place an order online?
- You can browse our selection of products by sorting by new arrivals, designer, type of product. You can also search for a specific style in our search box.
- Once you have found the perfect style, simply click Add To Cart.
- To view the items in your shopping bag, click the shopping bag icon at the top right hand corner of the page. You can always remove items from your shopping bag before checking out.
- If you are a registered member, log-in and review your saved delivery information. If you wish to check out as a guest, click Checkout as Guest and enter your delivery information. Select your preferred payment method and click Continue to Place Order. Review your purchase and click Place Your Order.
Enter your payment information and click Continue to complete your order.
Shipping
How much will my delivery fee?
We offer free delivery to Japan and Hong Kong. For the rest of the world, we charge the equivalent to $30 USD delivery fee.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on where you are in the world, delivery times will vary. Discover the delivery time for your destination here
Can I track my order online?
WithVesta will provide you with email updates on the status of your order and tracking number. Also if you log in to “My Account, you can also find the tracking number to keep an eagle eye on the precious cargo.
How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?
Duties in Japan and Hong Kong are included.
For all other countries, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred, which may need to be paid on collection of your package. Unfortunately, we don't have visibility of all Customs costs.
Returns
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 8 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 8 days from the day on which you, or a third party receives.

Once our team has received your return we will send you an email.
How long does a refund take?
A refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This can take around 10 working days depending on your payment method. You will receive an email from our team when your return has been processed and refunded.

Do I need an account to place an order online?
We want to get to know you so that we can personalize your shopping experience. Therefore, upon placing an order we recommend you set up an account so that we can keep track of all your details under one fashionable (virtual) roof.
